How much does it cost for a membership?
We try to fit each new member with a membership tier that will best suit their needs and goals and oftentimes there are discounts, and promotions that may affect your membership price, so we encourage you to contact us for membership details.
As a member, can I bring a guest or pay a small fee to bring a friend occasionally?
Guests are allowed, but due to safety reasons, we request that your friend speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass.

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel according to our policy: Per the agreement, in order to cancel a membership, one must either come to be Fitness in person to fill out a cancellation form, or send a letter (preferably via certified mail) to the club, requesting cancellation. Please note: Memberships cannot be cancelled via fax, phone, or email.
The processing of this cancellation request is subject to any agreement obligations. For more information, please refer to the membership agreement.
If you are sending a letter, please call the club to verify that your membership can be cancelled at this time.
If you are cancelling because you’re unsatisfied with our facility in any way please speak with our general manager before making your final decision. We love feedback and would love the opportunity to improve and hopefully change your mind!
Can I put a temporary hold on my membership?
We understand that major life events happen. With proof of a doctor’s excuse or military orders, be FITNESS can freeze your membership for up to 3 months. Note you must be in good standing and provide at least 10 days’ notice for a freeze request to allow us to process your request.
How do I qualify for the Hero Membership Discount?
If you are serving, or have served, in the US military (active duty or a retiree receiving benefits) or if you are currently in a civil service position (fire department, police department) you may qualify for a discount of 10% off any membership.
For our military discount we will ask you to show one of these documents to help validate your service:
DD214, orders, deployment records or any other unexpired official US Military Credentials you feel prove your service.
For our civil service discount please show us your most recent pay stub or unexpired ID card/badge.
Do you offer a discount for seniors?
Yes, this is our Legacy Membership. Those age 65 or better qualify for a discount of 10%. Registration is automatic. Existing members will see their membership fees adjusted. New members age 65 or older will automatically be enrolled for the Legacy Membership Discount at registration when they provide a valid state I.D.
How do I sign-up for a class?
Most of our classes do not require you to sign-in in advance. However due to the popularity of some classes you may need to sign-in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to the class’ start time. Names are taken in order until the class is full and then a standby list is established. See our current Group Exercise Calendar at the front desk for the classes this applies to.
Anyone not checked in by the start of the class will forfeit their spot. Repeated no-shows may be addressed by management and may affect your ability to register for classes in the future.
In general, out of respect for all participants, we ask that you arrive to class 10 minutes early to get setup and ensure the class starts on time.
What ages can join?
All members and guests must be 15 years of age or older to join.
Do you have wi-fi?
Yes, our members can access our wi-fi while at the club. The front desk can provide you with the password.
